  • Allocation of an exhibition area of 90 m2, four sides open, numbered A2
  • Chance to deliver 2 separate speeches at the opening of the Forum (5 minutes) and as the first speaker of the first session (20 minutes)

  • The company will be allocated an exhibition area of 9 m2, numbered B2A, B2B, B2C, B2E, B2F, B3G (The company must choose one of the listed areas). The exhibition area includes 1xtable, 2xchairs, triple socket and tag area featuring company name.
  • Chance to deliver 1 speech in the third or fifth session of the Forum (20 minutes)

DELEGATE BAG SPONSORSHIP

The bags to be presented to the delegates at the entrance of the Forum will feature the logo and web site of the sponsor company on both sides. The sponsor company can place its brochures and promotional material inside the bag if it so wishes. Limited to one company only.

MOBILE APPLICATION AND INTERNET SPONSORSHIP
  • The mobile application developed by Eventmagix specifically for the event will include information
    on all speakers, the forum program, participant details, real-time announcements, and the details
    of sponsor and exhibitor companies, along with the sponsor’s logo.
  • Additionally, the wireless internet password provided in the forum area will be the sponsor
    company’s brand name.
PEN AND NOTEPAD SPONSORSHIP
  • A pen and a writing pad will be delivered to each visitors. The sponsor firm’s logos will be printed on
    pens and writing pads. (Pen and notepad will be provided by the sponsoring company.)
  • It is limited for 1 firm.
SPONSORSHIP FOR THE ROPE OF BADGE
  • The logo of the sponsor firm will be printed on the rope of badges which will be delivered to the visitors at the entrance.
  • It is limited for 1 firm
REGISTRATION DESK SPONSORHIP
  • The registration desk which will be on the entry of forum area will be dressed with the sponsor
    firm’s logos.
EXHIBITION ENTRY DOOR SPONSORSHIP
  • The logo of the sponsor firm will be written on two entry doors.
  • It is limited for 2 firms.

COMMON RIGHTS OF THE SPONSORS

The logos of the companies chosing one of the sponsorship types (Except for advertisement packages*) will be displayed at the web address www.nodigturkey.com at the bottom section of the page and within the scope of the public relations activities to be carried out for the Fair, the technologies and solutions developed by the companies will be presented in the press bulletins.
